💡 Description

Provides the User an ability to search within the page based on any of the displayed metadata in the table.

On some pages like the Investigation Directory page, additional facets like "Investigation Type" are needed.

Search implementation on the investigation page has been implemented; however, enhancements could be made at a later time to introduce the use of a textfield component from wds-react. This may have overlap with recently discussed enhancements to the search fields on the homepage and search page.

PR containing this implementation coming later today.
