Update beta banner to specifically reference PDS website #124

💡 Description

Right now: "PDS is in Beta ...", but that is not true. PDS is very much in production, the New PDS Website is in Beta.

New text: "This site is currently in BETA. As we work on improving the site, please keep in mind that it is still under development and may have limitations. Give Feedback ->"

@jordanpadams Sadly the way HDS created this component, the breakpoints and spacing of the title and description in the banner just behaves weird. the title is in bold and wraps separately from the description.

With the text you provided it would look like this:

So I propose we remove the word "currently":
