💡 Description

The original catalog files used to load the registry before 2018 have not been easy to track down. We need to create a script to pull what is in the registry, transform into an XML solr doc, and load into the registry.

Sprint Status: Initial script created. Working #117 at the same time. Should be done by end of sprint.
