registry-mgr delete-data options are not correct in -help #12

Describe the bug Arguments expected are unclear

    registry-manager delete-data -lid urn:nasa:pds:context:target:asteroid.4_vesta

So I harvested stuff and tried to delete and got: % registry-manager delete-data -lid urn:nasa:pds:phx_ra [ERROR] One of the following options is required: -id, -ns, -all % which registry-manager /PDS4tools/registry-manager/bin/registry-manager % ls -ol /PDS4tools/registry-manager/bin total 8 -rwxr-xr-x@ 1 rchen 2286 Oct 26 16:47 registry-manager*

Expected behavior The option shown in -help should be up to date with the released software.
