🗒️ Summary

Adds enumerated list of non-array-typed properties
Excludes these properties (and all pds:Provenance/* properties) from allarrays repairkit repair
Adds temporary reversion repair to convert these properties back to strings
Adds unit tests for both the exclusion logic, and the temporary repair
