💡 Description

See event monitoring configured for ticket https://github.com/NASA-PDS/registry/issues/167

That need to be configured in the terraform script so that we don't loose that configuration and can reproduce it.

@sjoshi-jpl this ticket is in the review but I cannot find a pull request or a commit which implements that ? I remember you worked on that but I am now unable to find where that is. Thanks
