Develop registry re-indexing script to support rapid re-indexing of a node registry #156

💡 Description

Initially to help support https://github.com/NASA-PDS/registry/issues/141, this script will most likely be needed again when we update schemas. We need a method to quickly terraform a new registry, reindex, and swap into production.

@jimmie even if this needs to be run by the SA team, we need a methodology for rapidly reindexing a registry. we can have a discussion at breakout if we need to go over more details.

is this something we could build into registry-mgr?

@jimmie what should we do here? is this a terraform thing? or should we just document how to go about re-indexing a registry?
