💪 Motivation

In https://github.com/NASA-PDS/pds-github-util/issues/74 we split up the monopoly that pds-github-util had into several separate repositories:

• https://github.com/NASA-PDS/lasso-issues
• https://github.com/NASA-PDS/lasso-releasers
• https://github.com/NASA-PDS/lasso-reports
• https://github.com/NASA-PDS/lasso-requirements

Now, the Roundup Action should use the commands from these newly separated repositories so we can officially retire pds-github-util.
