Roundup is incrementing versions on tag #26

Describe the bug This is related to the other versioning issues, but want to make sure we track it.

Tried to tag a new v1.5.0 release for pdsen-maven-parent project. Here is what I did

Updated the version in the pom
created a tag
pushed to Github to kickoff the stable build

Roundup kicked off and:

grabbed the pom from master (which had been updated to v1.6.0-SNAPSHOT)
pulls off the SNAPSHOT
pushed v1.6.0 to sonatype (not v1.5.0)

But this doesn't really make sense since the version we tag in github should have the appropriate versions already set.
