Merge this to get:

An improvement to the process pipeline. This adds "preparation" and "cleanup" steps. For Python, the "preparation" step no longer uses the same environment as the Roundup but creates a venv for the software being rounded up.
A convenience script. This lets you run the Roundup outside of GitHub Actions and outside of Docker.
