Add urls to deployment on all venues #37

💡 Description

I was looking for i a way to quickly find the url the deployments on our multiple venues (DEV STAGING, I&T, PROD...), per deployed application, e.g. registry-api, doi editor.

That might be part of the deployment guide where we could have urls for each venues, see https://wiki.jpl.nasa.gov/display/PDSEN/Software+Installation+and+Deployment+Guides

Dev staging:

DOI = https://pds-dev-doi.jpl.nasa.gov/PDS_APIs/pds_doi_api/0.2/ui/
Registry = https://pds-dev-registry.jpl.nasa.gov/

DEV STAGING: main branch, snapshot version done by CD developed by Sean, test data
I&T: Gary/John deployment for I&T test, test data
STAGING: gamma, stable releases with test data
PROD: stable release, validated by I&T, real data

That looks good, I completed the links with the one I knew.
