💡 Description

tloubrieu-jpl commented 1 year ago

ticket created after SA meeting today

Get the task plan referenced in https://nasa-pds.github.io/collaborate/jpl-pds-oss-policy.html, so to be provided if asked as a proof of validated policy

I'm not sure how private those kinds of ID numbers should be. This is contract speak and I don't think it is necessary here.

Remove the references to internal HelpDesk tickets, replace with the number only for traceability purpose

@tloubrieu-jpl which page are we talking about here?

jordanpadams commented 1 year ago

Replace the link to pdsen-operator email to a form with I am not a robot checkbox (likely to be done later)

@tloubrieu-jpl which page are we talking about here? We use the Google recaptcha for our feedback widget, we can implement that elsewhere as needed. The I am not a robot checkbox is apparently very outdated (even though many websites still use it).

@jordanpadams , to your questions:

jordanpadams commented 1 year ago

@tloubrieu-jpl

  • for the contract document, we don't need to publish the reference here but you can show us (@jimmie , @viviant100 ...) where this document is so that we can retrieve it if asked by someone in JPL. We were unable to find it last Wednesday.

copy. I just tracked down the URL. will send offline.

  • for the link to the internal SA tickets, there are sometimes in the github tickets, in the comments.

copy. is it generally an IT security concern to post JPL URLs on public sites? isn't this protected by JPL firewall?

that works!

@tloubrieu-jpl FYI just sanitized most of the pds-operator email comments throughout the codebase. may have missed a couple.
