Fixed Navbar linting issue being reported during builds #48

🗒️ Summary

Updated the Omit utility declaration to include "titleLink" when defining the type for the Navbar component to resolve build issues being reported.

⚙️ Test Data and/or Report

The build report no longer contains the error that was previously being reported as shown in the related tcket.
