Do logs need to persist in S3? #25

Find out if log files need to persist in S3 for Athena tables.

Per https://stackoverflow.com/questions/74985790/deleting-a-file-from-s3-does-not-delete-it-from-athena, it sounds like data must persist in S3 in order for it to remain in Athena
