Update the Homepage Search Filter Category from "Planetary Bodies & Systems," to "Targets" #223

💡 Description

We run the risk of having targets embody all things "Planetary Bodies & Systems," but not the other way around and thereby managing two different lists of information for the purposes of filtering and content organization.

Update this label to "Targets," for the time being as a result to mitigate this.
