Investigation Directory Page - Applying links to Spacecraft #234

💡 Description

Would it be helpful to our users if the content under the spacecraft column are links? For investigations that have multiple instrument hosts, it could offer a way to quickly navigate to that specific instrument host the user is interested in.

Related to this idea is the usage of Tags (#233). Considerations of what the expected behavior is with tag usage need to be accounted for if we do want to deep link to spacecraft on the investigation detail pages from the directory page.
