addressing some of the technical issues with ADAPT #75

From NASA:

As a start, can you get one of your system admins to do a traceroute to ….

169.154.180.59 or 169.154.128.134

This will give us a look at the network route to see if it’s optimal.

Is this supposed to be run within ADAPT?

Seems okay on ADAPT:
