Create New Account - Name & Claim Number #20

  1. Go to Create New Account
  2. Enter Info on Basic Info
  3. Go to Service History, the First + Last Name & Claim Number should appear near the top of this page above "Version History".
  4. Go to Notes, the First + Last Name & Claim Number should appear near the top of this page below the Basic Information bar.

Fixed in test build. Will now deliver the code to OPM and ask to verify before we close the ticket.
