Log Out #28

Log out function not evident. There is no logout icon or anything to indicate a claim is completed and we are logging out of it, which gives us a concern about when the data is locked down. The User Guide does not address how we log out of a claim and particularly since there is no identifying information on most of the screens, we need to ensure we are working in the right record. There should be a final log-out function.

Donna, there is no log out since when you launch the webpage, the system checks your windows ID and logs you into the system. If you want to exit the system, simply close the web page. Please confirm.

This feedback refers to exiting a record and going to another record, not exiting system.

You will need to search for another record to exit the current record and view another record. This is a not a defect.
