Assign Required or Optional to Agreements/Addendums - Service Admin Functions #131

Add required/optional indicator when assigning an Agreement or other document to a specific provider type. (can the left column above be widened so the text displays on a single line?)

Agreements indicated as optional should be displayed on the Provider Statement tab as such: 12-20-2013 8-35-41 am
