Provide support for keyboard shortcuts #431

Add hot key support for ViewControlsLayer and add hot keys for "reset to north up" and "reset to north/nadir".

I think this capability is absolutely missed, and that this would be better exposed in a way that's not PC specific. Keyboard shortcuts don't help mobile users at all, and are no longer an expected method of interacting with maps.

What about providing interactions with the compass? Google Maps and Apple Maps both use this to reset north up, and it works with both clicks and taps.

And maybe a second (etc.) north up would move the view up 10k or so per ‘north up’
