Globe motion does not match drag gesture at low altitude #432

At low altitude (<1 km or so), dragging the pointer moves the globe a disproportionate amount. i.e. A short drag of the pointer results in a larger than expected movement of the globe.

Per @emxsys: Clarification: dragging at low AGL altitudes near sea level works fine whereas the problem is manifest when dragging at low AGL altitudes at higher elevations (like Denver)
