Nominatim geocoder service failure #459

Description

Our geo-location service provider (open.mapquestapi.com) is currently returning 403 forbidden when used with our account key. The relevant code is in util/NominatimGeocoder.js.

Steps to Reproduce

  1. Run BasicExample
  2. Enter a place name in the Destination text box and press enter.
  3. Check the browser console for error messages.

Following the request URL's link in the browser console generates this message:

You have exceeded the number of monthly transactions included with your current plan. If you need additional transactions, please consider upgrading to a plan that offers additional transactions. If you would like to talk to an Account Manager about Enterprise Edition licensing options, please contact sales@mapquest.com.
