Related to #90.

Test displaying Web WorldWind in a minimal web application constructed with the underlying technologies that WWSK uses to display web views in its management panel, which mainly consists of:

Apache Wicket web app framework
FreeMarker templates

This will provide insight into the inclusion of Web WorldWind as the Layer Preview tool of choice for WWSK.
