Redesign WWSK Explorer #160

Use the modernized worldwind-react-app as the basis of a new WWSK Explorer featuring:

A streamlined and simplified UI (e.g., eliminate date/time and location widgets used in WorldWind Explorer)
An editable code base (standalone forkable repo)
Updated branding to look like an integrated component, e.g,. "[GeoServerLogo] Explorer"
Branding link returns you back to the GeoServer admin page (not the WorldWind web site)

Tasks:

[ ] Clone worldwind-react-app to worldwindlabs/wwsk-explorer
[ ] Add WMS catalog support to load layers from GeoServer instance
[ ] Add sort capability to layer list(s) (drag-n-drop)
[ ] Add persistence support to remember layer configuration and markers between sessions

@pdavidc @PJHogan The WWSK/GeoServer Explorer project could be a candidate for WorldWindLabs.
