Evaluate whether there's a need for WorldWind Server Kit API documentation. The client projects are establishing hosted API documentation by pushing an initial static site containing the latest release's API docs to the gh-pages branch.

Closing as won't fix; ServerKit doesn't need hosted API documentation.
