CLI-based util? #3

Look into making this repo centered around being CLI based and using preprocessor directives to detecting the host system/platform. I.E. if the code is being ran on a Raspberry Pi check for whatever global variables would indicate this, same thing for NVIDIA platforms containing CUDA & NVCC. (LOOK INTO DIRECTIVES SYMBOLIZING THIS)
