To enhance accessibility and clarity, I propose relocating the Contributing section to the beginning of the Readme file and streamlining its content where feasible.

I kindly request assistance from anyone willing to dedicate time to address this issue and improve the project's accessibility for all contributors. Thank you!

Hi Community members, I am Chaitanya Kishore Singaraju, Graduate Student at NAU, I have a keen interest in machine learning, data analytics, software development. I was drawn to this project to learn about the open source development, use of git and Github. I believe learning about the open source will be helpful in my software career to solve various open problems and contribute to the community.
