To enhance accessibility and clarity, I propose relocating the Contributing section to the beginning of the Readme file and streamlining its content where feasible.

I kindly request assistance from anyone willing to dedicate time to address this issue and improve the project's accessibility for all contributors. Thank you!

My name is Ibrahim Hmood, my interests include software development and redesigning README files. I was interested in this issue as it seems like a simple issue to solve, and my goals are to complete this issue in a timely manner. As for insights and questions, I have none.

I have resolved this issue, and did so by updating the README file. Thank you @caiton1 for your assistance in resolving this.
