Adding a new option: metadata-export #41

Hello,

I added a small functionality to the script. A metadata-export function that will only create metadata files for the VMs to avoid backup when only metadata are needed. Also small changes were made:

  1. Fixing issues #36 (we the solution provided)
  2. Adding quotes in vms name
  3. adding is-a-snapshot=false in vm-list to only list vm and not snapshots
