updated README to point out correct password parameter usage #7

I had trouble getting the script to run properly because I failed to use the password CLI-parameter correctly (it included a special character and I used double quotes instead of single quotes). That's why I'd like to point out the correct usage in the README so others don't have to try and figure out what's going on.

There have been numerous changes since, and sorry for not getting back to this earlier. The README has been extensively rewritten and the portion indicating caution about root passwords clarified. A new release will be out soon and we will certainly welcome additional comments. Due to some major internal structuring, we have had lengthy times in which it has not been possible to devote adequate attention to feedback, and hope to be able to do better at it. Thank you for taking the time to review the documentation.
