Modify Feedback - add scenario name #1010

This is a wish list, and would be helpful for someone watching their batch jobs run. Could we add the scenario name into the Finished iteration feedback?

Currently, it says "Finished Iteration 1: 115 days"

Could it be something like "Sample Scenario - Finished Iteration 1: 115 days"

We can figure out if we have time to work it in.

This change will also be adding the scenario name to the output regardless of if bash is running or not. It's a little redundant when you're only running one simulation, but it's the fastest change for this enhancement and doesn't break anything.

Sounds great. I know it doesn't make much sense on a single run, but watching loads of batch spin by gave me the thought it would be nice to know where I am.

This looks great. Haven't tried in batch yet, but single scenario shows it.
