This ticket has been resolved. Purpose is to document a known bug.
When the herd size in the population import contains decimals, it will cause the disease spread assignment section (bottom of each disease spread) to not present production types. Image is blurry, but best I can get.
Resolution - Herd sizes should only use whole numbers (or integers).
