Vx Rings, did I get a wrong build? #833

I was going to look at #829, #831 today, but I am getting these errors, and control protocol will add a new one, but won't save and won't show the one that exists in the assign panel. I think we worked through before

Does your client state that it is running version 3.3.9.3 and say "No updates are available."?

This is where #832 it won't let me run as Admin, even though I am admin. I does say there is an update available. So, I should just get the Sys Admin to update?

You can try re-downloading the VX Rings Beta and running it in a locally owned folder. I'll put work towards the installation fixes related to the workspace folder this weekend.

That's what I did, was re-download. but I am in the state where I still need the updates and they won't run. Humm, I just tried again and it is working this time.
