Rename CEngine Compile Output #867

Currently the CEngine compile process outputs a binary named "adsm" or "adsm.exe".

Since the frontend program is looking for "adsm_simulation" or "adsm_simulation.exe", it would be great to have the compile steps output the binary with that name.
