Wording change - Retrospective vaccination #885

Can we change the field description to:

Once a trigger has been activated, detected units prior to the trigger day can be retrospectively included in the vaccination strategy. This number defines how many days before the trigger to step back, and incorporate detected units.

@missyschoenbaum I'm assuming the field you are looking at in particular is "Vaccinate retrospective days" in "Vaccination Global"

Looks like its a simple database migration to change the help text that is linked to the field.

I'm adding the database migration tag, but it should be a 5 minute fix.

@ConradSelig can you prioritize this one and any other wording/small DB changes. I'll take on the unit_id importing bug.
