Error when changing destruction widget #887

Not sure if the destruction widget change cause the error, or something else.

Steps to recreate On destruction global, rearranged with widget to make Dest Priority order 1) PT, 2) reason 3) Time waiting Changed destr program delay to 2 days. Changed destruction capacity to the rel function probability of reporting (0,10 - 7,85, - 10,100) Applied change Changed priority on Cattle Control (protocol) to 1 and copied it, changed to Swine Control (protocol) and made Swine priority 2.

OK, did a simple test, just rearranged the priority widget to 1) PT 2) reason 3) Time waiting and get same error on validation. Will post to google drive as Test 858again.

@missyschoenbaum I'm not getting any error, are you still? Also, I dont seem to have the Google Drive folder shared with me, so if you did post anything to Google Drive I have not seen it.

OK, I think I was working on this before the build got pushed. My mistake.

@BryanHurst Can we give Conrad access to the google drive?
