Global Apply Fail #900

I was testing #890 and I had this happen.

Step to recreate. Have a scenario that already has results so Delete Results button is showing. Go make a change to something. I picked another pdf off the capacity list Hit Delete Results and apply changes

After I opened again are attempted to change and apply, it worked. Going to close.
