Sample Scenario not converting Unit ID #908

The Sample Scenarios provided with the application do not convert the Unit ID. In the 3.5 upgrade, the table ScenarioCreator_unit was reworked to have a explicit Unit ID provided by the user. This allows the user to follow with Unit from input to the results output in the Supplemental Files.

Currently, running Supplemental Files for these 2 Sample Scenarios will output a Null value in the ID field.

We'll run a migration on the Sample Scenarios only that copies the ID field over to the unit_id.

Just to confirm, to test this I need a new install. I will have to do tonight from home.

You don't have to uninstall/reinstall. You just need to run the NPU manually (which probably requires admin permissions).
