Typos - Zone Effects #914

Found a couple of typos (wrong words) in Zone effects. Text says: Function the describes direct movement rate and should say Function that describes direct movement rate. Fields are Zone Direct movement and Zone Indirect Movement

I would say we fix this before we do the database migration. It should be a quick fix.

I believe we were waiting until the next database migration, but due to the small size of this change I went ahead and made the fix.
