Replace Population - dropping unitID #916

When I replace the population, it doesn't put the unitID in the right field. It just drops it.

Steps to recreate 1) Have a sample scenario population file formatted to upload as the replacement file. 2) Go to population, Replace population It will confirm the delete, and then ask to select a file to replace Select your properly formatted file. Allow it to process

Go look at Select * from ScenarioCreator_unit and unit_id is null. Closing and opening doesn't fix. image

I wasn't able to replicate this. Can you upload a replacement population file that is causing this issue?

You will have to save it back into a CSV, as github doesn't support that file type. Sample916.xlsx
