CSS/JS Bug - Link from left panel to center panel being rendered at the wrong time. #947

When the center panel is opened from an item in the left panel. A visual line is drawn from the item in the left panel rendering the center panel. This link is very useful is making it clear to users what item in the left panel is active. When the center panel is closed however, the last known link is left behind - now pointing to nothing.

When the cancel button in the center panel is closed this link should be hidden again.

Turned out to be entirely JavaScript - but I got it. Ready for testing.
