App and CMD Window won't interact with me #952

After this upgrade (3.5.10.5), the CMD will not allow me grab and move it. It won't minimize.

It is still working. Let me test around on this before I classify it.

When I validate I get this. I also get windows generated pop up that says my computer can't run this software. I'm locked in it, so can't grab a picture.

It looks like I pushed a bad copy of the CEngine. This'll be fixed in a few minutes.

I'm pushing without a version bump, so you'll see the corrupt install warning. Just update and everything should be good.
