Can't Delete population when I have results #954

If my scenario has results, I can't delete population. Steps to recreate

Open Sample, save as test example Validate and run Return to inputs Population page, hit replace population Confirmation message appears Select Delete

Nothing happens. CMD window reports Population Map took X seconds I can cycle around again and attempt to replace population Confirmation message appears Same action

However, if I go to another screen where I can see the red "Delete Results and Apply changes" Make a change and apply Go to population, select replace population Then it works as expected.

I forgot to put this one the list. I think I was trying to make sure I could recreate consistently, and I can.

Problem here is no messages to inform of results, it just recycles.
