Blank.xml in Sample Scenario #958

Is it possible to get rid of the Blank.xml population that loads up with the Sample Scenarios?

Do you just want the blank.xml file in the base workspace to be deleted?

Also in looking at this, I noticed that Sample Scenario comes with Sample_Pop_Big.xml installed as current population, however, we don't have that file anywhere in the project or distribution.
Should we look into finding that file and deploying it with Sample Scenario?

I'm not even sure what Sample_Pop_Big.xml is. I don't have one in with the collection of population files I keep. When I do a New scenario, I have a Sample_population.xml that is available and should match the Sample Scenario.

And yes, I want blnk.xml to be deleted and not included in install.

Missy needs to delete old Sample before update. Review Sample after update. Change population to the one we are expecting. Also, make any other changes in the Sample that will be useful for the future. Then, zip up and email back to Bryan.

I zipped a new sample scenario and put into the PopsParameters folder on the google drive.

Didn't delete Blank.xml before install, but I'm calling this one good.
