New Install, pop map won't open #979

I did a stand-alone install on a flash drive. I am getting the Pop map won't load when looking at Sample Scenario with Outputs. I am thinking this is just a first time install problem, as it is looking for the Map directory. Can we fix by packaging up the other stuff it needs?
