Nothing specifically would require admin permissions at this point. That would mostly depend on where you have it installed on your system.
The safest way to run it would be in the new portable mode from your desktop or My Documents.
If you don't have a portable version downloaded, you can download from the latest version and unzip to your desktop or documents folder then manually run the NPU before opening the program.
@BryanHurst I tried updating the one I had in portable mode, and it required admin permission also.
I tried running it from the version I had previously installed and I get this error. I will wipe it out and start again.
It looks like it is wanting administrator access to launch the new viewer application.
I'll see about digitally signing the executable so it won't ask for admin rights.
Try the new build posted in #984 and see if the new Viewer I added to that release fixes the issue: https://github.com/NAVADMC/ADSM/releases/download/v3.5.10.11-beta/ADSM_v3.5.10.11-beta_windows.zip
Solved the issue, thanks!
@BryanHurst did something change that would require me to have admin permission? I can get IT to come update if needed, but wanted to ask first.
