Add multi-lang support through a .json file containing the translations
Add a VS Code launch config to be able to directly launch the test tool in VS Code

Tobias, I changed a lot in the script on the side, so your PR doesn't merge anymore. I have manually grabbed the changes though and will be checking them in myself. Thanks
