Make a new menu entry for Android #220

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe. Some things of Android support are inside of Window and of Tools.

Describe the solution you'd like It would be better to have all Android actions (update list of plugin, window (?), AVD Manager, Android SDKs and whatever is still elsewhere, to put a new menu entry like "Android".

Describe alternatives you've considered I'm also fine to find Android unter Tools and everything Android related unter Tools -> Android. I don't know atm, whether we need a real new top level entry point.

Additional context To have everything android related in one place,

Basically, the Update action can be canceled as I watch it in the mailing list, so the ANB module updates won't be and there will always be a new version of ANB. It's just there in case of ANB modules update. And on ANB startup, it will refresh the update center automatically.

The question is, if because of two actions make new submenu in tools. Maybe it would be enough to add a menu separator. I do not expect any action to be added there. Theme editor will go to the project menu..

Ok, understand that point. It depends, whether there is smth more that comes, would be better to have it in one dedicated menu entry.
