Make Splunk Optional #172

I'd like to make Splunk optional to decrease the time it takes to get a box up and running. Thanks!

@joannalisowski You can already do this by creating a user playbook… see # 1 under Customizing in the README. I'll be happy to show you how to do this

I had told @joannalisowski to open a ticket for this, since it does take FOREVER, not sure if having to do your own custom playbook should be the solution :-/

Cool yeah, if it should be super easy for people we can def do that! @ericduran do you think Splunk download should be the default, or not? Basically, add a var in config.yml to enable splunk, or a var to disable?

I got tired of waiting for node, phantomjs, ruby, and splunk, so I fixed it ^
